Best spot for a quiet getaway
The room was lovely and clean, tea making facilities were a big thumbs up. Plus, dinner at the pub downstairs after a long drive was just what we needed, no hassle of going anywhere else!
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

Really good hospitality and good meals
The food was nothing short of excellent, especially the breakfast options which really set me up for the day. I appreciated the the complimentary cookies in the room. One minor downside was that I noticed the shower pressure could be a bit fickle at times.

The kitchen at Barn Owl Inn is a real gem, serving freshly made food that had me raving about those extraordinary veggies! The breakfast was out of this world and set me up perfectly for a day of exploring. Plus, the staff were just lovely.
The only thing was that the shower cubicle felt a bit snug and had a mind of its own when it came to water pressure. But honestly, that's a minor detail compared to the shine of the overall experience!

We stayed in a Beautiful King Room and it was beautifully decorated and super clean. The bed was really comfy, perfect for a cozy night's sleep. I loved the little touches like complimentary cookies! Just a heads up, the shower pressure was a bit inconsistent, kind of annoying. But honestly, the positives totally outweighed that minor issue.
